Ingredients:
- 1 litre water
- 2 lemons
- 1-inch grated ginger
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon
Instructions:
- Firstly, in a large saucepan, take one litre of water.
- Next, take two lemon rinds (roughly chopped). Squeeze the juice first (and keep it aside), and then chop them. Add them to the water.
- It’s now time to add ginger and pepper, and then boil for five minutes.
- Boil until the lemon softens.
- Let it cool a little, and then strain the water.
- In a glass, add the warm detox water. Add honey and lemon juice, and mix well.
