This homemade peanut butter jelly fudge makes the perfect holiday gift! Made in the microwave and takes only 5 simple ingredients.

Ingredients
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 14 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons strawberry jam
Optional: 2 Tablespoons crushed freeze-dried strawberries, red food coloring
Instructions
1.Line a 8×8″ pan with foil, wax paper or parchment paper. Lightly grease and set aside. Combine half the sweetened condensed milk, 6 ounces white chocolate, peanut butter and vanilla in a microwave safe bowl. Set aside.
2.In a separate bowl, place the other half of the sweetened condensed milk, 8 ounces white chocolate and strawberry jam. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Microwave an additional 15-30 seconds until it has melted. Stir until smooth. Add freeze dried strawberries and red food coloring, if desired. Then poor 3/4 of the mixture into the pan and tap on the counter until smooth. Try to move quickly.
3.Next, microwave the bowl with the peanut butter for 30 seconds. Microwave an additional 15-30 seconds until it has melted. Stir until smooth. Then pour immediately over the jam fudge.
4.Tap counter until smooth. Then place about 6 spoonfuls of the remaining jam fudge on top of the peanut butter fudge. Swirl with a knife.
5.Refrigerate until the fudge has set, about 2 hours. Remove foil from pan and cut with a sharp knife into squares. Best kept in the refrigerator or freezer.
